In the Woods

"In the Woods" delves into the psychological landscape of the forest as both sanctuary and source of unease. This lithograph explores the duality of nature - its capacity to provide shelter and solace, while simultaneously harboring the unknown and potentially threatening.

The piece draws from personal experiences of wandering through dense woodlands at twilight, when familiar paths become uncertain and shadows take on lives of their own. Through the lithographic process, I've captured the interplay of light and darkness that defines these liminal moments.

The composition uses deep contrasts and atmospheric perspective to create a sense of mystery and depth.
